more space to enjoy. The fully equipped shared kitchen has a cafe fridge, gas
stove, dishwasher, microwave and stacked clothes washer and dryer, pots and
pans, toaster and kettle for your use. The living and dinning rooms are
furnished with the dining room hutch holding dinnerware for 8 for your use.
Female preferred. All utilities except wifi are included in the rent of $1050
per month. First and last month is required. The landlady lives in the basement
unit.
